VEVO Check: Here Is A List Of Procedures To Get It Done

To perform a VEVO check for examining the visa information and status of your clients, visit the VEVO website. It is a platform, which offers you with the online service of examining your visa details and conditions. Furthermore, if your clients wish to study or work in Australia, VEVO can provide selected organizations with relevant information regarding your visa.

There are several things that you require from your clients for a VEVO check. The checklist of requirements is as follows:

  1. Passport/ImmiCard: You need to have information regarding their passport or ImmiCard.
  2. Reference number: Then, you need to have any one of the reference numbers listed below-
    • Visa Grant Number
    • Visa Evidence Number
    • Transaction Reference Number

If you do not have any of these numbers for the check, you can obtain it through the website or request it through a call.

Now, you have the required information for VEVO check. Thus you can check the Visa Entitlement Verification Online by following these three steps:

  1. Go to the Visa Entitlement Verification Online web page to perform the check.
  2. On your right-hand side, you can see a “Check your own visa details” button. Click the button and you will be directed to the Visa holder inquiry page, and there you can do the check.
  3. First, you need to input your document type from any one of the following to conduct the VEVO check-
    1. DFTTA: Under DFTTA, you will see the following options-
      1. Reference type
        • Transaction Reference Number (TRN)
        • Visa Evidence Number
        • Visa Grant Number
        • Password
      2. Date of Birth
      3. Document number
      4. Country of Document
    2. ImmiCard: Under ImmiCard, you will see the following options-
      1. Reference type
        • Transaction Reference Number (TRN)
        • Visa Evidence Number
        • Visa Grant Number
        • Password
      2. Visa Grant Number
      3. Date of Birth
      4. ImmiCard
    3. Passport: Under passport, you will see the following options-
      1. Reference type
        • Transaction Reference Number (TRN)
        • Visa Evidence Number
        • Visa Grant Number
        • Password
      2. Date of Birth
      3. Document number
      4. Country of Document
    4. PLO56 (M56): Under PLO56 (M56), you will see the following options-
      1. Reference type
        • Transaction Reference Number (TRN)
        • Visa Evidence Number
        • Visa Grant Number
      2. Visa Evidence Number
      3. Date of Birth
    5. Titre de Voyage: Under Titre de Voyage, you will see the following options-
      1. Reference type
        • Transaction Reference Number (TRN)
        • Visa Evidence Number
        • Visa Grant Number
      2. Date of Birth
      3. Document number
      4. Country of Document

Finally, after inputting relevant information from the above-mentioned criteria for the check, click on submit. You will receive all the required information. Review this information from the check, and inform your client about their visa status.

Mobile App

You can also perform the check through the mobile app, which works as migration agents management application. To execute the VEVO check, you will have to go through the following steps:

  1. First, go to the Google play store for Android devices or to the App Store if you are an iOS user. Search “myvevo” and download the app to perform Vevo check.
  2. Second, open the app and you will be asked to create a 4 digit pin, create any that you will remember easily. You will be asked to confirm the 4 digit pin again.
  3. Third, choose your document type. Two of the following options will appear-
    1. ImmiCard: Next, under ImmiCard the following details will appear-
      • Reference number (Visa Grant Number/ Transaction Reference Number)
      • Date of Birth
      • ImmiCard details (ImmiCard number)
    2.  Passport, DFTTA or Titre de Voyage: Under Passport, DFTTA or Titre de Voyage, the following details will appear-
      • Reference number (Visa Grant Number/ Transaction Reference Number)
      • Date of Birth
      • Document details (Document number and Country of a document)

Input relevant information from the given criteria and press submit. The VEVO check is complete and you will receive all the information you require for your client.
